Born in Long Island, Dr. Fishman attended Adelphi University as an undergraduate before completing podiatry school at Barry University, where she remains the school's youngest graduate. More than thirty years later, she continues to lead a thriving practice in North Miami Beach.
Her broad range of professional, family and personal experience makes her uniquely suited to address the many issues Primary Foot Care patients face every day. She is also certified to treat workers' compensation injuries affecting the foot, ankle and leg.
Outside the office, Dr. Fishman's life is busy at Broward College teaching Anatomy and Physiology classes in the evenings, Additionally, she is busy teaching Spinning classes at U-fit in Dania Point. She stays closely involved in her Son's life Max who is a West Point Military Cadet, and helping him succeed remains her top priority.
She is also a certified fitness instructor who teaches Spinning and Aqua classes — ask her about it at your next visit.
